Terms, refunds and privacy

Who sells Night Shift

Night Shift is made and sold by HappyChick. Contact: support@tappedbooking.com.

What you're buying

The first two nights are a free demo anyone can play. A one-time payment of $6 (plus any tax shown at checkout) gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Night Shift in your web browser. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute the game or its files.

Night Shift needs a desktop or laptop computer with a recent version of Chrome or Edge and a reasonably modern graphics card. It does not run on phones. The first load downloads about 200 MB.

Payment and access

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. After paying, your browser gets an access cookie and you're shown your personal play link. Opening that link on any device unlocks the game there too, so keep it safe and private. If you lose it, email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll resend it.

Refunds

Because Night Shift is digital content you can start playing immediately, purchases are generally final once the game has been unlocked. If the game won't run on your computer, or something went wrong with your purchase, email support@tappedbooking.com within 14 days of buying and we'll sort it out or refund you.

Privacy

We keep what we collect to a minimum:

Purchases: Stripe processes your payment and shares your email address and payment status with us so we can confirm your purchase and help you if you lose access.
Access cookie: one cookie (ns_access) that proves you bought the game. It's needed for the game to work and doesn't track you.
Email updates: if you sign up for news, we store your email address (with Netlify) to send occasional updates. Ask us any time and we'll delete it.
Hosting and fonts: the site is hosted by Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts; both see your IP address when you visit, as any web host does.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data. To ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted, email support@tappedbooking.com.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
